Terms of Service

Haul Binder sells customized dump trailer business plan documents generated from the information you provide and the market research gathered during fulfillment.

Service scope

Your purchase includes one customized Word document delivered by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on research, third-party services, or temporary interruptions.

As-is product

The service and the document delivered are provided as is. The binder is a planning tool and working document, not a promise of business success, financing approval, legal compliance, tax treatment, or investment results.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate business and location details and for reviewing the final document before using it in banking, legal, tax, investment, licensing, or other important decisions.

No ongoing support or revisions

At this time, purchase of a binder does not include ongoing support, consultation, revision work, or a managed editing service. The product is the delivered document itself.

Refunds

Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the order has been processed and the document has been generated or delivered.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are processed by Square. The service may also rely on hosting, research, and email-delivery providers, including Resend. Temporary issues with those providers may affect timing or availability.
